Based in Milton Keynes, our service predominantly covers the surrounding areas of Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. Background of Founder, Lisa Foster
Lisa began her career in social care recruitment in January 2001 and opened a successful, new office in Milton Keynes for a U.K. wide recruitment company. Working within both the qualified social worker and residential sectors across children’s and adults’ services, she successfully connected with and recruited for clients in need of social care staff.
In 2008 she worked for a charity securing job vacancies with large employers for people with disabilities. She was then head hunted to start up a new social care recruitment agency and became the most successful consultant across health and social care in its 15 + company sized group.
